- Weekly timecards are provided and should be filled out by employees and signed by an authorized supervisor. We can also make arrangements for electronic versions of our timecard.
- Employees of Nease Personnel are paid weekly. For your convenience, you will also receive weekly invoices including copies timecards.
- The minimum workday for a Nease Personnel Employee is four hours per day. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality employees available.
- Because we act as an extension of your Human Resources Department, all paychecks, workers compensation, unemployment, FICA, W2s, etc. are handled by Nease Personnel.
- We will partner with you to determine fair and competitive wages for employees.
- Our fees are only instituted once you have hired an employee. However, your benefits begin to start immediately!
- We handle all costs associated with advertising, both on the web and in print.
- We recruit for you anonymously! You won’t receive any unexpected phone calls or drop-ins!
- We screen applicants from a large pool down to the qualified individuals based on your job description, your company environment and your specifications!
- We speak with candidates over the phone and meet everyone in person prior to your interaction with the candidate.
- We will schedule interviews and post-interview follow-ups.
